Proposal is for an additional 2 x Papakainga dwellings be added to land that has 5 existing dwellings and an existing farm shed. The proposal will take place on Māori Freehold Land. This will increase the Papakainga House to six dwelling. this is a rural production zone and is a discretionary activity.
