1 – Update plan references to include the new shed design and location. 3 & 4 – Update to reference the new landscaping plan. 5 – Update to reference the approved colour scheme detailed in the Simon Cocker Report. 6 – Delete condition as this is no longer required with the updated design. New Condition - Imposes a time frame in which to remove the parts of the building which result in the sunlight infringement.
