Campervan dump stations

The Far North District Council welcomes responsible travellers to our district, and we want you to enjoy your stay in the Far North. A list of council owned dump stations that are free for use can be found below.

There are more dump stations across the Far North, however these may incur an extra cost for usage. More of these sites can be found on the New Zealand Motor Caravan Association Inc website.

We ask that all travellers to the Far North view the signage advising what items cannot be disposed of at these stations i.g wet wipes, clothing, seafood shells, and sticks, this is to avoid blockage and leaving the facility available to other visitors to the area. If you discover that a dump station is blocked, please contact council via 0800 920 029.
