The Far North District Council has received the following application for Resource Consent.

Applicant: Carrington Estate Jade LP

Proposal: To subdivide Pt Lot 1 DP 67692 and part of Lot 6 DP 417562 to create 140 residential allotments plus 3 lots as Road To Vest and 2 Pedestrian Walkways. The subdivision will be undertaken in two stages:
Stage 3 - Lots 1 to 36 ranging from 602m2 to 2611m2
Stage 4 - Lots 1 to 104 ranging from 600m2 to 2016m2
