The purpose of Far North 2100 is to support the District to realise its vision of He Whenua Rangatira – a district of sustainable prosperity and wellbeing.

The purpose of this bylaw is to regulate the maintenance of on-site wastewater disposal systems to prevent harm to public health. We are seeking feedback on a new On-site Wastewater Disposal Systems Bylaw.
