To subdivide two titles as a restricted discretionary activity in the Rural Production zone of the Operative Far North District Plan in two stages as follows:
Stage 1 Subdivide Lot 2 to create four lots ranging in size from 2.1 hectares to 2.5833 hectares
Stage 2 To combine Lots 1 and 2 of stage 1, and undertake a boundary adjustment with Lot 2 to create Lots 1 and 2 of 4.7376 hectares and 1.4555 hectares.
