We maintain a range of facilities for Far North residents and visitors, including playgrounds, sports fields, swimming pools, walkways and reserves. We also own and maintain toilets, wharves and pontoons, cemeteries, libraries, community halls and housing for the elderly.

Check out how the Ngāwhā Innovation and Enterprise Park, near Kaikohe, is delivering for business after its first year in operation.

Local businesses are benefiting from the world-class resources available to the park’s tenants.
