Two lot subdivision in Rural Production Zone as Controlled Activity.
2180640-RMASUB and subsequent Variation 2180640-RMAVAR/B was approved in August 2018 and March 2019 to subdivide two titles to create three lots in 2 stages in the Rural Production Zone. Stage 1 has been given effect to and is now its own title.
This consent is to create two lots, both in excess of 20ha, just as 2180640 Stage 2 did.
