The first step in your E Tū Rangatahi – Stand Up Young Leaders journey is bringing your team together! Know someone who can spin a yarn, has the brain of a genius, or is always the one your friends turn to for a good laugh? This is your chance to build a dream team and take on the challenge together!

Team requirements

• Teams can have up to 6 people
• A minimum of 3 team members must be rangatahi aged 15–24
• The remaining team members can be support who tautoko the team. This could be your nan, koro, cool aunty, uncles, mum, dad, cousin, teacher, coach, mentor or subject matter expert – the list goes on!
