VIDEO - Community board funding nurtures man-eating plant

Take a glimpse into preparations for Kerikeri Theatre Company’s upcoming musical, Little Shop of Horrors, a sweet love story threatened by a huge carnivorous plant from outer space.

A $9000 grant by the Bay of Islands-Whangaroa community board will help create the stage show's ambitious set - which is described as a “small city”. The funding also helps keep ticket prices affordable and access to local productions available to all. Watch the video of the cast and crew deep in rehearsal.
